For the past 20 years I have strived to make the process of buying or selling Real Estate in New Jersey less stressful and complicated. There are many elements of a smooth transaction.

I dedicated the first years of my career to the First Time Homebuyer  the mortgage interest rate was in the high teens and the market crashed. I received first hand experience from the sellers' who could not sell their homes due to market conditions. We had to find buyers', it took almost 10 years for that market to come, to the market we have experienced for the last 8 years, a Sellers' market. But, however the beginning of 2006, brought another turn, we are officially in a Buyers' market, as of the present time.

Agents with strong negotiating skills, were in demand, I furthered my career by continuing to receive designations that would make me stand out in such a fast paced, quick selling, as a result made it an extremely pressured market for buyers to make decision. I was with Prudential New Jersey Properties until 2006, I left to go further and become a RE/MAX BROKER ASSOCIATE.

I was a Certified Relocation Specialist with Prudential, Pru has one of the most notable relocation departments in the country. We moved many professionals in and out of this State.  I mentored and assisted the newly licensed Agents.  But, I have always remained hands-on I still "deal with buyers" and of course "sellers" meet with them help every way possible to make the decision as to what area will be to their advantage, give them all the information they will need to make the right decision. Take them to view as many homes as necessary for them to find their dream. Write their Contract, go from there through the legal process, inspections etc. up to the closing sometimes as agents we know it can be a very long process and very frusterating in New Jersey "I will be there until they put the key in the door", then they know they can call me for anything else." New Jersey is one of the most strict states for the protection of the buyers', we have laws for Mold, Lead Paint, Carbon Monoxide, Fire Extinguishers and Smoke Detectors  and also our Townships demand the sellers' have all necessary permits for any changes done to the property and these townships do their own inspections before Sellers' can get a Certificate of Occupancy to turn over to the buyer. 

I also do all my own Open Houses, if I don't know about my listing or my associates listings how will the potential buyer know some details that do not appear on the internet or the multiple listing. I have heard it said Brokers' just want the deals to come in so they can sit back and collect what the agents work so hard to accomplish. Not true.................some do, I care.

I am a native New Yorker, born and raised in Brooklyn, graduated Bishop McDonnell Memorial High School and went to Pace University, AAS Degree, I went back to finish my degree after my children were in school and have a degree from Rutgers University worked in the Subrogation Department for General Motors in the Coliseum in New York, married moved directly to New Jersey, Old Bridge until 2004. Raised 2 Children in the Old Bridge School System, I have since moved to Freehold Township and know first hand how good the schools are.
