MY LONGEST LISTING 36 WICKATUNK RD., MANALAPAN, NJ 07726
This house holds the record in 20 years my longest listing....................8.5 months on the market. It is under Contract for the past 6 weeks, closing tomorrow at 1 P.M. I will miss it, but I still after 20 years do not understand how these homes dropped close to $100,000 in order to move on.
I guess our homes were in the bubble and it burst in January of this year. These properties would not have lasted a week on the market 2 years ago. I am sorry for the Sellers' but happy that the Buyers' are finally able to afford to enjoy our homes. I also want to say thank you to all the agents out there who showed this house (ranged in the 200's) and all my customers' that had me show it to them. I did sell it. RE/MAX does a great job in any market of getting your property out there.
I had an open house on my blog almost every week since the winter, then spring, summer and it will close just before fall. I just wanted to put it out there one more time. I am taking Sunday off this week.
