Don't say here we go again. In the State of New Jersey we have laws as a matter of fact our laws have laws. We have a dynamic Real Estate Commission and we have Multiple Listing Service almost every county (21) has a different system costing a fortune for a State Licensed Realtor to belong to everyone and also we must have a separate Supra (electronic key to open the electronic lockboxes) and pay separate to the county for that but in my case I have to pay to 2 counties to have one key. When I questioned it I was told it is for the INTERNET access. If I am the only one to have internet access (Realtor) how come you (Public) have it but do not pay for it.
Oh I got it now I have a very special key that sits on my kitchen counter plugged in so it can update for 7 counties everynight and walk out without it because almost everyone is using the combo lockboxes which are dangerous, and most likely stolen off your property. Granted they are a fraction of the price of the Supra boxes. The latest is we pay fees lots of fees but how come FOXTON's is allowed to continue to keep the listings they have. I have been told not to try to convert these people to other agencies. They are on contracts and have to abide by them and we cannot approach them until they get a unconditional release. Well we have attorneys' attached to our Multiple Listing Services what are they doing. I am hot on this these people need to get released so we can help them sell their homes.
I would think if they need to get the move on to sell they should call their attorney and get a letter and fax it to the MLS that has them listed and come on over the fence with the people who care and want the opportunity to help you. By the way this does not mean me, I have been busy closing my "Needs tender loving care" house in Freehold Township.
